Shipping Details:

   Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS Ground.  Shipping charges are based ship-to address and the weight of the package.

   Once goods have been shipped, you will receive an eMail with the UPS Tracking Number.

Out-Of-Stock:

   Due to demand, certain items may no be available.  These items will on the eShop catalog but listed as "Out-of-Stock..”

Returns:

   Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us with seven (7) days of delivery for a credit or exchange.

   All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

   Returned products must be sent back in original packaging and with the applicable packing slip.
